How does a lobster grow?

You probably never seen it happen…

let me explain to you why :

A lobster is a mushy little creature covered in a hard & strong shell. In order for him to grow he will first feel extremely uncomfortable within his body.

He will completely isolate himself from the world so he won’t need to interact with anyone.

In this difficult time, his body will grow bigger and stronger until his original layer will shed off, slowly unraveling his new beautiful shell underneath, bringing along a feeling of being alive again.

Only after he suffers greatly, he feels free and rejuvenated and is ready to rumble and rediscover his surroundings with a new perspective.

Life is not always smooth or easy, between hustling with work, trying to feed ourselves and our families, dealing with our children as well as our own emotional roller coasters, keeping our head occupied with big decisions, oh and lets not forget our minds that is occupied with 1000 different thoughts and stresses.

Yes, this can really make us feel heavy and exhausted, and even make us want to hide away under a rock and isolate ourselves from the world.

I am sure everyone can relate...

But yes, difficult times are part of life, and as hard as it is we must accept it, because difficulty is an important part of our growth journey.

If the lobster would have gone to the Dr. to get some pain killers or any other pills during his difficult time, it would have prevented from him to properly grow and become the strongest and most beautiful lobster.

Stop right here and ask yourself for a moment, when is the last time you were present with yourself? The last time you knew REALLY how you were doing inside? You felt your mind at ease?

It’s ok, it’s just part of your journey, sometimes it takes a lot of hardship and uncomfortable feelings to understand the importance of YOU. To take the time to do something for YOU and roll into that feeling of being more alive then ever!

Without darkness there can never be light. So let’s embrace this feeling and make the best our of it.

If you haven’t gave it a try yet, let me take you on a personal journey of comfort and bliss.

In the session I will be sharing with you the knowledge I’ve acquired in my travels to the Himalayas on how to take the “uncomfortable” and make it “peaceful”.

REMEMBER, EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY!
